ELYAPE PROJECT
NFT-POWERED
PIXEL GAMING
Official Project Whitepaper · Version 0.1
SECTION 01
Executive Summary
ElyApe is a pixel-art gaming project combining interactive gameplay with a planned collection of Ape NFTs. Its goal is to build a playable world where users can explore, collect items and complete objectives, with optional NFT-based features introduced after implementation and testing.
The project currently has an initial website and playable game prototype. Wallet integration, NFT test minting and expanded gameplay are development milestones, not claims of completed production functionality.
SECTION 02
Vision & Principles
ElyApe follows a gameplay-first approach. Players should be able to explore supported guest gameplay without owning an NFT. Blockchain features should add verifiable ownership and clearly defined benefits rather than replace the game experience.
The project prioritizes transparency, optional Web3 participation, responsible development and honest communication about features that are live, planned or experimental.
SECTION 03
Game Design
Blockwild is the working name of ElyApe's pixel-art environment. The initial direction includes movement, exploration, collectibles and objectives. Future systems may include additional biomes, quests, inventory, achievements and character customization.
Advanced features, including multiplayer, depend on technical feasibility, testing and available development resources.
SECTION 04
Ape NFT Collection
The website currently publishes a draft metadata snapshot of 1,200 Ape records with individual traits, images and six rarity labels. The snapshot supports browsing and validation, but does not show that any tokens have been minted or that launch terms are final.
The published record count and tier allocation describe the current website dataset only. Final on-chain supply, rarity rules, mint limits, pricing and distribution remain unconfirmed until formally finalized. Rarity describes metadata attributes and does not imply investment performance or guaranteed resale value.
SECTION 05
Blockchain Architecture
ElyApe intends to evaluate the Elysium network for NFT functionality. The exact network configuration must be verified before deployment, including chain ID, RPC endpoints, explorer, wallet compatibility, contract standards and deployment procedures.
Wallet connectivity should support connection and disconnection, display account and network status, and handle unsupported networks. The website must never request a user's seed phrase or private keys.
SECTION 06
NFT Minting & Metadata
The first minting milestone is a free test mint on the verified testnet. The process should validate transaction receipts, token identifiers, ownership and metadata rendering.
The final implementation should document its NFT standard, metadata schema, artwork storage, administrative permissions, mint limits and any metadata update controls. Production contract addresses should be published only after deployment and verification.
SECTION 07
NFT Utility & Game Integration
NFTs may eventually provide character cosmetics, customization or access to specific game features. The exact utility must be documented before it is advertised as a benefit.
Eligibility should be based on verified ownership of the intended NFT contract on the intended network. Guest gameplay should remain available wherever the game design supports it.
SECTION 08
NFT-Only Economic Model
ElyApe's current scope is NFT-focused. No separate fungible cryptocurrency, token presale, token allocation or token-based reward economy is planned under this version of the project.
If production minting involves a price or network fees, those conditions must be disclosed clearly before users approve transactions. The project makes no promise of NFT appreciation, liquidity, profit or financial returns.
SECTION 09
Security & Risk Management
Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities. ElyApe should test mint limits, permissions, transfer behavior and failure cases, review administrative controls, and arrange appropriate security assessment before production deployment.
Additional risks include phishing, wallet errors, unavailable storage services, network outages, software defects and loss of access to user wallets. Source-code verification is useful for transparency but does not by itself constitute a security audit.
SECTION 10
Twelve-Phase Roadmap
01 — Web3 foundation and wallet connection.
02 — NFT smart contract and testnet mint.
03 — Core game development.
04 — Blockwild world expansion.
05 — Ape NFT collection design.
06 — Whitepaper and documentation.
07 — Smart contract testing and security.
08 — NFT ownership and game integration.
09 — Progression and player systems.
10 — Community alpha and multiplayer evaluation.
11 — Beta, performance and release readiness.
12 — Public launch and ecosystem growth.
SECTION 11
Production Launch Criteria
Before production launch, the project should confirm the target network, validate artwork and metadata, document supply and mint terms, test wallet interactions, review smart contract security, prepare support procedures and complete applicable legal and privacy reviews.
A successful testnet mint does not automatically mean the project is ready for mainnet. Production release requires a separate approval decision based on technical, security and operational readiness.
SECTION 12
Disclaimer & Pending Details
This document describes the current project direction and proposed development plans. It is informational and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Features, schedules and technical decisions may change as development and testing progress.
Before final publication, ElyApe must confirm its official website, exact blockchain configuration, NFT standard, collection supply, mint terms, storage approach, public contact details and production contract addresses. Pending information must not be presented as verified fact.
